Built for the firms that software forgot
Business software is built for companies with an operations team. Most service firms do not have one. They have three to thirty people who sell the work, do the work and, somewhere around nine at night, write the paperwork that holds it together. HelloFriday is for them. One place where a job goes from a conversation to a signed document to delivered work, with an agent doing the parts nobody went into business to do.
How we build it
The whole job, not one step of it
Point tools each own a step and hand you a PDF at the border, which is where the work leaks. We would rather cover the whole line adequately than one slice of it beautifully, because the gaps are the actual problem.
The agent proposes, you decide
Friday drafts, chases and prepares, and you approve. Nothing reaches a client that you have not seen. Automation that acts without telling you is a liability in a business where your name is on the work.
Easy to leave
Monthly billing, no minimum term, and a full export of your documents and signed records in formats you can open elsewhere. We would rather earn the next month than lock in the next year.
