Kickoff access and source material, collected before the call
Once a scope is signed, HelloFriday asks the client for logins, brand files, a stakeholder list and key dates, checks what arrives and chases the rest. The kickoff starts with everything in hand.

How kickoff access collection runs
It starts when the scope is signed and ends when the kickoff can be booked.
- 1
Scope is signed
The signed scope starts the request. Friday sends the client one email with one link.
- 2
Material arrives
Friday checks each file against its item and flags anything missing, unreadable or incomplete.
- 3
Gaps are chased
Friday follows up on what is missing, on the schedule you set, and stops once the list is complete.
- 4
Kickoff is ready
With everything in, the kickoff can be booked. Every request and file is logged on the client record.
Questions about kickoff access
What can I ask a client to provide before a kickoff?
Any items you list. The table above is a typical starting point, and you can edit it for each engagement.
Who can see the files a client sends?
Files are filed on the client record. Access follows the permissions you set for your team.
Can I approve the request before it is sent?
Yes. At the Assisted level Friday drafts the request and you approve it before it goes out.
What if the client does not respond?
Friday sends reminders on the schedule you set. If items are still open at the due date, you are told.
